So you want to end the world, do you?

There are some people blessed or cursed with fantastical abilities that can wipe out existence and even the world as we know it. These characters are considered OP (over-powered), and more often than not, their ability to release world-ending chaos is limited or removed.

In Edictum, characters have the ability to unleash their full potential upon the world in which they are currently navigating. However, in order to not break the game and create an unfun atmosphere for those who do not share or are not inclined to release their full might, players are encouraged to sign up for the opportunity to try their hand at using their abilities to foster a potential escape from whatever this confinement happens to be.

Similar to a player plot, these signs up will be treated with care to be inserted where the mod team can. Now, if characters are experiencing a high emotional state and would take the nuclear option rather than carefully plot their release, please contact one of the mods to discuss this as we are keen to allow players leniency to affect the world and even an event as a result of IC actions/consequences.
